Runs
Every chat answer and report run, with its question, answer, tools, tokens and timing.
Runs lists the latest 100 runs, newest first. Filter them with All, Chat, Reports and Failed.
Click a run to open it:
- started, duration, by (a person, or scheduler for reports), model, tool calls and tokens (in and out).
- Question or Report prompt: exactly what the agent was asked.
- The error, if the run failed.
- Answer, rendered as it was written, with Copy to take the Markdown.
Who sees which runs
- Owners, Admins, SREs and Managers see every run in the organization.
- Everyone else sees their own chats, plus report runs built only from servers their role may use. A report that also drew on a server you can't use stays hidden from you, so its output can't reveal data your role can't query.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| running | Still working. Refresh in a moment. |
| succeeded | Finished with an answer. |
| failed | Stopped by an error, a time limit, Stop, or a closed tab. The reason is shown in the run. |
Runs that don't finish within 10 minutes (a restart, for example) are marked failed with Did not finish.
